• Screen Context & Input: Visual content, text, or code captured from your active window or input by you. Depending on the feature, this data may be processed locally on your device (e.g., text extraction) or transmitted to our servers for analysis.
• Support & Correspondence: Emails, messages, error logs, and attachments (such as screenshots) you voluntarily send us when reporting bugs or requesting support.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the Software (frequency, features used).
• Device Information: Basic device identifiers, macOS version, and app version.
• Account Information: Email address and payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide AI-powered assistance and generate responses.
• Resolve technical issues, bugs, and support requests.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about updates and features.
• Improve the Software: We may use aggregated or anonymized usage data to improve our features.

4. AI Processing & Model Training

Screen context and inputs are processed to generate responses. Depending on the specific feature or AI model required, this processing may occur locally on your device or be transmitted to third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Google).

Your data is transmitted securely to these providers solely for the purpose of generating the requested output. We do not use your personal identifiable data to train our AI models, though providers may retain data for short periods for abuse monitoring in accordance with their own security policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL).
• Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls.
• Regular security audits and updates.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for the following periods:

• Screen Context & Input (Transient): Visual data and text prompts are processed in memory and are not persistently stored on our servers. They are discarded immediately after response generation.
• Support Records: Correspondence, bug reports, and manually submitted files are retained as long as necessary to resolve your issue and for business record-keeping.
• Usage analytics: Aggregated data retained for up to 2 years.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google: AI model processing.
• Stripe: Payment processing (we don't store credit card information).
• Cloud hosting providers: Infrastructure and data storage.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:
